We were greeted by a very friendly elf who showed us some fun games to play while we waited for Santa. There was a Gingerbread Man Game, A story time Quiz and a Naughty or Nice machine. There was also a machine to whisper a wish to Santa in.  The elves were very engaging and friendly and entertained my three cherubs while they waited.

Onto Santa after a very short wait and he was fantastic. The children were all drawn to him straight away and chatted happily to him for at least ten minutes. He was very interested in them and what they all had to say. He gave them all a lovely present (a book each) which was age specific and then posed for pictures.

The picture was very good quality, and came in a card mount. Very reasonably priced at only £6. There were various packages available like snow globes ect but we opted for a classic picture.

image2The whole experience was amazing for my children. We were never rushed through and felt very special.

Outside the grotto is Christmas Street with small children’s rides £2 each which lasted a good few minutes, food and drink cabins and a fair type game.

I would highly recommend to anyone and our overall experience was brilliant.
