I’m bored. What are we doing today? What can I do?
NOT things you will hear this summer at Zinc! We are once again running our summer holiday activities for 5 to 11 year olds. Fun filled days packed with arts, games, creativity and lots of laughter – what more could any child want this summer holiday?
Every Tuesday in August from 9.30am to 3pm will be a different day of inspiring and engaging kids activities to keep everyone busy and enjoying themselves this summer. Followed by our Holiday Cinema Club from 3-5pm for a whole day of fun.
The 7th August is Sports and Forts; a day packed with team games, wacky races and creative cardboard fort building – think big and aim high! Then for our budding actors, directors or technicians we’re super excited about our first ever Play in a Day on the 14th August. With our own working actress they will be producing a fabulous piece of theatre to perform at the end of the day. Lights, Camera, Action.
Children are invited to get creative with clay on the 21st, guided by our specialist pottery teacher, they will be able to make and decorate their very own masterpiece to take home. Then our fun filled summer season will come to a close with a UV disco and animation workshop on the 28th August. Come along and make a brilliant stop motion animation short, using everyday objects you didn’t know had a life of their own. Then it’s glow sticks and facepaint to the ready for a UV disco with our in house DJ.
All this fun is just £20 a head, including lunch.
