Aquanatal classes based in Maldon. Suitable from 12+ weeks pregnant, classes consist of gentle exercise and relaxation, whilst feeling supported and weightless within a warm pool. Classes also offer the opportunity to meet other mums-to-be on the same journey and to bond with baby.
