I had heard about the Tiddley Pom Organic range prior to being offered this review so was very keen to try their barrier cream for my new arrival.
Tiddley Pom Organic Nappy Balm protects the skin and acts as a barrier against moisture loss, while the fragrance is a gentle melange of Organic English Lavender and Chamomile essential oils, leaving Baby’s skin soft, smooth and sweetly fragranced. The smell is honestly divine, so much so I was almost temped to put this in my bathroom to use as a hand cream!
I used this product from day 1 with Orlaith and it was perfect for her delicate newborn skin. I would use it after every daytime nappy change as a soothing balm for any irritation that may have occurred due to her wet or dirty nappy and also as a preventative measure to reduce any further irritation. It goes on easily and soaks into the skin immediately without leaving a surface residue like some nappy creams do meaning that it doesn’t then transfer to the baby’s clothes when you re dress them, which for me was a huge plus point of this product. Thanks to this barrier cream we have, so far, been nappy rash free, so the Tiddley Pom Organic Nappy Balm gets a big thumbs up from me!
