A fun festive idea to get thinking about poetry and how using certain words can evoke a wintery, Christmassy feel.
Start by listing five or more ideas for each question. These can be a single word, a concept or a full sentence, it’s totally up to you. Once you’ve got your five for each, see if you can work them into a poem. You could have separate poems for inside and outside, or work them into the same piece: perhaps with alternative verses or contrasting the indoor ideas with the outdoors.
